Pratik Bachan, best known by his stage name B Praak is a music Composer, Singer and the ‘Gabru of Punjab’, popularly is known as a victor of countless hearts, who has brought astonishing hits to the Punjabi music industry.
He marked the beginning of his career in 2010, with the serenading composition of the song ‘Soch’ adorned by the soulful voice of Harrdy Sandhu, for which he won the ‘Most Romantic Ballad Of The Year’ award and ‘Best Music Video’ award.
He started his career as a music producer, and later, his debut song as a singer ‘Mann Bharrya’ was a blockbuster and even won a ‘Filmfare Award’ for the song.
He was also awarded the ‘PTC Best Music Director’ award, for his album ‘Shayar’.
The invincible duo of B Praak and Punjabi lyricist Jaani have made a priceless contribution to Punjabi music with composition of songs like ‘Do you know’ by Diljit Dosanjh, ‘Horn Blow’ and ‘Backbone’ by Harrdy Sandhu and many more, all of which have been remarkable successes.
He won the ‘International Film Academy Award’ and ‘National Film Award’ for his song ‘Teri Mitti’ from the movie ‘Kesari’. He was also granted the Golden Visa by the UAE government in 2021.
